Hi i have cisco sr520 adsl router. I have configured two vlans i need in vlan 2 speed only 2 Mbit/s from 6Mbit/s (full speed). Any idea thanks for the reply.

From the looks of it (config guide) that does not appear to be a supported feature on this product.
