Dear All,

What is the max. speed/bandwidth supported on V.35 interface externally ?

Also, what is the max. clock which can be generated on V.35 interface by connecting V.35 DCE cable ?

Hi

Earlier there were NM-4T in the market, on which each port was supporting 2Mbps.And if we want to terminate 8Mbps, then only one port can be used.In this, other ports will not work.

This is not the problem with HWIC-4T.They each support 8Mbps each.

Pls rate helpful posts.

v.35 max data rate supported is 2.048mbps (exceeding the maximum can result in loss of data)

v.35 speeds are affected by distance.

ie:

2400baud can go 4100 feet.

T1 can go 50 feet.

the max clock you should attempt to gen is 2mb.
