Any idea on how to fix this problem ?

My past experience has been buggy IOS. Try upgrading IOS and if problems continue, contact TAC.

I agree. I have gone through all this. You need to open a tac case.
If this error persists the router can crash.

you should be able to see the number of spurious memory access by the Show allignment command.
Its recommended to upgrade the IOS whenver you have such a problem.
