Stackwise cable failure on a Cisco 3750

We have 2 3750 stacks that are showing stackwise cables as down even though the cables are securely attached to the device. Historically the stackwise ports have shown as being up on both devices.

Device 1 - c3750-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEE3

Is there a way of resolving this issue?
