Strange OSPF behavior in redistribution

dear all,

I have an issue with 7206 router running OSPF. when I redistribute BGP with route-map into OSPF It takes roughly 24 hours to install the BGP routes into OSPF database.

route-map contains only a match statement that matches a standard access-list.

does anyone know what causes this issue?

thanks

redistribute bgp 65512 subnets route-map BGPOSPF

passive-interface default

no passive-interface FastEthernet0/0

no passive-interface FastEthernet2/1

network x.x.x.x 0.0.0.255 area 0
