Suggestion for router capable of 8 fiber connections with VPN

I was wondering if someone could suggest a router that would be capable of handling 8, 100Mb SFP fiber connections with each connection encrypted using a VPN configuration, (not too sure yet on what I'd use). I would like a router or device powerful enough to handle the VPN process of at least 100Mbps for each of the 8 links. I appreciate any recommendations.

My first thought was the 3945E which has up to 670 MBit VPN-throughput. Not really enough and if I read the Module-data-sheet right, then there are also only six SFP-ports possible.

Second Guess: The ASR1000 can be equiped with enough SFP-ports and should also have the throughput.

Third possibility: The ASA 5585 can handle 1Gig and more encrypted traffic and can also be equiped with many SFP-ports. But for site-to-site VPN ist's not as flexible as a router.

So, all in all, first look at the ASR1000.
