SVI on cisco 6509 switch

Can any one tell me abt how to config SVI on Cisco 6509 switches??

This is a very broad question, so let us start with the basics. An SVI is a virtual interface for a VLAN. So you start with the command:

interface vlan n

where n is the number of the VLAN. This puts you into interface configuration mode and you can configure the normal interface parameters such as IP address and mask, and other interface parameters.
