Dear all,
I am facing Problem with C2960 Switch that I could not able to take console to it. And also I given default COM Port Settings.

Are you able to see any characters while the switch is booting when connected to console?
It is possible that somebody might have chnaged the default console speed. The baud rate you choose must correctly match with the console settings

We have changed the Values then also we could not get the console

How about the client/laptop you are using? Make sure the Hyperterminal settings are set correctly.

we using Laptop(Xp)and we had setted correctly once we enetered in Concole it's getting hang and if we go to ROM Mode there also switch getting hang
