T1 PRMs (Performance Report Messaging) supported?

Are the CSU modules in Cisco routers compliant with ANSI T1.403 or ITU G.703 specification for reporting T1 FEND (far end) performance data? This works by collecting layer 1 and layer 2 data on the CRC-6, framing, bi-polar violations, etc, and sending this back upstream over the FDL (facility data link) on any ESF T1 circuit. We are interested in collectiong these stats in our DACS (digital access cross-connect system) for aggregation on reporting.
