T3 Connectivity for Cisco 3825 ISR

Hi Sir,

My customer requires T3 connectivity for their Cisco 3825 ISR.

Is NM-1T3/E3 the only option? Its data sheet as follows:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/modules/ps2797/products_data_sheet09186a008010fba2.html

Kindly advise if there's any issue I have to look out for.

Secondly, is CAB-E1-BNC the correct cable for the above NM?

Thank you.

B.Rgds,

Lim TS

Re: T3 Connectivity for Cisco 3825 ISR

Hello,

Yes the right module is NM-1T3/E3. Cabling is made with coaxial and BNC connectors that I suggest you have made locally.

Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Re: T3 Connectivity for Cisco 3825 ISR

Where do I find step-by-step config of NM1-T3/E3 module in low end Cisco routers such as 2600/2651XM. Any link to a short online training or good documentation is appreciated.

Thanks.

Re: T3 Connectivity for Cisco 3825 ISR

The 2651 series routers support subrate T3/E3.

Have a look at this link for configuration guidelines

HTH, rate if it does
