T3 Flapping unable to isolate cause

Hi, I have been having an ongoing problem with a single T3 connection that flaps intermittently 2 or 3 times a day.There is a call manager that feeds multiple offices off this connection & each time the circuit flaps all voice service fail and restore. I have thought this would be a carrier issue however typical circuit testing has not resulting in isolating the issue. Does anyone have any recommendations on next course of action?

Hi,

How long the flap is ? If have an open console to the routers, please try to capture a "show controllers t3". Also mentioning exact platform and IOS used would help.
