telnet to secondary IP

If I use private ip and public ip as secondary

router(config)#ip dhcp excluded-address 10.10.10.1 10.10.10.10

router(config)#ip dhcp pool LAN

                    network 10.10.10.0 255.255.255.0

                    default-router 10.10.10.1

                    dns-server 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4

router(config)#interface Vlan1

                    ip address 5.5.5.5 255.255.255.240 secondary

                    ip address 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.0

                    ip nat inside

                    ip virtual-reassembly in

-any problem gonna be happen in my lan?

-can I telnet to this public ip from outside lan?

No your LAN will work just fine

-can I telnet to this public ip from outside lan?

If you decide to route the public IP to the rest of the network and its reachable from other parts of the network you can telnet this IP too.

-can i use this public ip in vpn site to site vpn ?

Yes you can

Hello

Why would you want to do this, when you can just nat on that public ip to a lan ip thus hiding you lan from the outside.

Personally, I wouldn't do this. Considering that your vlan supports your switchports, I'd set aside one of those ports as a routed port and put your public address on the routed port and your private on the vlan.
