The difference between ASR1001-X Fixed Port and SPA-10G Module

Hello 

I have a question about the difference between Fixed Routed Port and SPA-10G Ethernet Module below

SPA module is simply available for Ethernet NIC Driver but Forwarding Decision is other platform matter like ESP/RP right? 

So in my understand SPA-10G Ethernet module can support for L3 function like OSPF, BGP, PBR etc.
