This output shows that the router considers both paths as equally valid and equally attractive ways to reach destination 220.127.116.11. So the router is load sharing the traffic in which the first probe packet is sent out the interface connected to 18.104.22.168 and the second packet is sent out the interface connected to 22.214.171.124 and the third packet is sent out the interface connected to 126.96.36.199. You should be able to verify this by doing show ip route 188.8.131.52. I would expect the output to show that the routing table has 2 entries of how to reach that destination.
