it is possible to shape the bandwith on Cat 3750 LAN-Port down to 2,5 Mb

use this commands
# class-map cisco
# match ip precedence 1
# policy-map shape
# class cisco
# shape average 64000

I dont think you can use shape average command with the 3750 switch. You can configure policing however.
SRR can be configured to shape the egress queues
