Traffic Shaping

Under sh traffic-shape fastEthernet 0/0, the output is Target rate = 640000 (bps), Sustains bits/int = 40000 (bits), Internal 62ms and increment 5000 (bytes).

From my understand the total bandwidth allowed on the physical interface is 640Kbps. The sustains bits is the Burst committed which means what the router is only allowing the maximum traffic to be sent through the interface is 40000 bits every 62ms (Time committed). Can someone advise pls. I sometime confuse myself with the traffic shaping equation.
