troubleshooting these E1s

Hi Experts

i have some branches connected over E1s Lines , now they are working properly,later on how to troubleshooting these E1s

Like Paolo stated, there's really nothing to troubleshoot unless you're having an issue...which we all hope you never have

Guys , but the encap is PPP

If the circuit is up though, there's no need to troubleshoot anything if there aren't any problems. If you're just wanting to see if there are errors, you can do a "sh int " and look for frame or crc errors. If you have any errors like that, then clear counters and watch them over time. If they continue to increment, then you could have a problem with a cable to the demarc or a problem with the circuit itself.

Encapsulation.doesn't matter. If it works before but not after, is telco fault.
