Hey Ganesh,
You may use any protocol, however first check with your service providers about which protocol they are using.
However most of times itsBGP, so here is a good documentation for same:

can you elaborate the purpose of this yes BGP is usually used or if you just want to use the link for internet trafiic and load balancing you can use the ip sla with track option to achieve this .
