Hi,
I have following design question:
If i have two NSSA ABR's and both are injecting a default route to the NSSA area, which route will win? Is the election of the default route inside the NSSA are based on costs too?
Thanks,
Robert

Hello,
every route - including default - will be installed based on
1) internal before external
2) cost
So depending on NSSA type 1 or 2 a router will pick the closest "exit" ABR or perform load sharing in case of equal cost.
Hope this helps! Please rate all posts.

Hi Martin,
Thanks for you reply. I had a discussion with one of my colleagues who mentioned that a router inside NSSA perform allways load sharing, even if the costs of the default routes are different and i wasn't so sure anymore who is right :-)
Best regards,
Robert
