Re: two wan connection to Internet

You can do load sharing of your traffic by using one wan connection for some subnets and the rest via other connection with fall back between each other.

We can guide with you with the configurations if you can let us know the answers to the following

what is your topology?

where will the NAT be taking place router or firewall?

Re: two wan connection to Internet

I attach you an image of the design of the network.

my topology is:

ISP1..................ISP2

| ........................ |

| ........................ |

ROUTER1....ROUTER2

|........................|

|........................|

......-SWITCH-

....... |

....... |

RED INTERNA

I want to know if automatically I can traffic balancing, without making some separation for ISP, because the objective is also, when one ISP is interrupted continued working with the other ISP

Re: two wan connection to Internet

Hi Friend,

We can achieve the same using Policy based routing as suggested by Narayan, But this will take a lots of configuration and consideration.

The best and a long-term solution for this to use a ISP load-balancer. Please see the link below for mofre info:

HTH,Please rate if it does.

Re: two wan connection to Internet

Amit,

I was also thinking about RADWARE will be a alternative and easy solution, but only concern I had is whether to suggest radware in a cisco environment or not.

Thanks

Rajesh

Re: two wan connection to Internet

Rajesh,

I have a few of my customers who are running Radware on Cisco devices. They are good so far and solution is working perfectly in their environment.

This box takes a minimum configuration on itself and do the prefect load-balancing of the traffic .

Re: two wan connection to Internet

Hi

You can only do per destination load balanceing, that will do through policy based routig , you can take help from other post which are available in this post.
