Unable to connect Network Module 2 Pri ISDN30 to 3640 Router

i,

I have a problem here when i connect this module NM-2CE1T1-PRI to a C3640 Model(C3640-JK9S-M) , IOS ver 12.1,

I got this error:

Unsupported I/O Controller (type 926) in I/

O Bay. The I/O Controller network interfaces will be unavailable.

WHat is this due to ?

Module not supported in 3640.
