This router has run out of available memory you can check this with
sh proc mem | inc Free
It happened during an attempt to provide memory to EIGRP protocol dependent module PDM.
You have only 128 MB on the device depending on IOS version in use and on features configured this can be not enough.
Schedule a reload and monitor if free memory is reducing over time this can be a sign of a software defect that causes memory leakage.
If this is the case memory size can be enough and you should upgrade to another IOS version in the hope that the problem is fixed.
