unexplained log entry in access router

Anyone seen this sh log output? Is a log error or a bgp/nei generated error?

Re: unexplained log entry in access router

Wow, never seen that before.

But it does not mention any subsystem. Doesn't seem like mentioned "bgp/nei".

Normally before every line there is date/time and subsystem. Like "%DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE" at the beginning.
