unity connection 2.x records nothing, no names, messages and so on


we setup a new unity connection server 2.1 and integrated it with CUCM 4.2(3). I installed two phones, setup two users in unity and fine, the voice mail box start if the called party don't answer. But if the calling party try to leave a message, the system don't record it. Also if the voicemail user login into the voicemail administration and try to change his name or the greeting, the system lead him successfully trough the menu, the DTMF works but the system don't record the speech if the user wan't to set a new name or a new greeting. It seems, the system records nothing. I can record a voicemail user name via the web browser administration page with my workstation, but not by phone. the codec is set to all to g7911ulaw.

I started a trace from Connection Conversation Manager and the result is:
