upgrade WS-C6006

I want to Upgrade WS-C6006 to an WS-C6509-E. Can I use this cards WS-X6408-GBIC, WS-X6248-RJ-45 in the new chassi WS-C6509-E?

Yes both these modules will work in a 6509-E chassis. See the release notes for 12.2(18)SXF for 6500, search for both your modules and it will give you minimum IOS needed depending on the supervisor you are going to be using -
