Upgrading IOS major revision on an older 2811 router

Hi,

After buying a new VWIC2 card, I've found out I need to update my IOS for it to be recognized.  My current "sh ver":

Since 12.3 is not supported anymore, I need to switch to a 12.4 image.  What I'm looking at is c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.12.4-24.T3.  Is there anything fancy to upgrading a major revision like this, beyond normal caution of a standard upgrade, or will this completely change items so that my current config will need to be reworked?
Thanks...

No you should be fine. Save your original config and image in TFTP as backup.
