Kindly,have a look to the attached diagram!
i have 2 wireless connection from 2 different ISPs(ISPA;ISPB)ISP A Terminate link at R1;ISPB Treminate link at R2;i want to achieve the following setup:if the first Link(ISPA)fail the second link (ISPB) TAKE OVER.R1 ITS PRIMARY;R2 ITS SECONDERY.e.g continuous internet access in case on of link goes down
How can i CONFIGURE like this setup?

IT IS 3560 SWITCH;BUT THE FOCUS ON THE ROUTERS

It looks like you have to do it on the switch. The easiest way is to define 2 static routes on the switch, one to R1 and another to R2. Give the backup route a higher administrative distance.

do y mean the ip route to the real ip f0/1:194.126.10.3 or to the f0/0:10.10.100.3?plz provide some config on the switch..

it goes something like this:
ip routing
ip route Lan_net Lan_mask fe0/0_R1 90
ip route Lan_net Lan_mask fe0/0_R2 120

Do you have another port on the routers to link them together. If so you could run static routing backup with object tracking on primary router.
