Urgent help needed on IOS install through ROMMON!!

Hi Experts,

We have a 2610xm router which is no longer booting up and erroring"Unexpected exception to CPU vector".

I tried to install a fresh copy of IOS from ROMMON using XMODEM, but it errors saying that there is not enough free space in the flash.

Please can someone advise if we can delete the files from the Flash(Old IOS and the crashdump) from ROMMON to free up space.or is there any other way.

Would appreciate if someone can help.

Hi, imran

What is the size of the flash memory? How big is the IOS image you were going to install? I had a similar experience before. In my case, I just repalced the flash and got my router work again.
