urgent - nat problem on a pix

hi,

I have a subnet 172.16.0.0 that gets into the pix from the outside interface.

what I'm trying to do is to change the source that is 172.16.x.x to something like 192.168.99.x

so basically the user with the source ip 172.16.30.30 changes to 192.168.99.X

any help would be appreciated.

Re: urgent - nat problem on a pix

You need to use Outside NAT to enable this.

Try the following config:

nat (outside) 1 172.16.x.0 255.255.255.0 outside

global (inside) 1 192.168.99.1-192.168.99.254

Hope that helps - pls rate the post if it does.

Paresh
