I want to use WFQ scheduling algorithm.
But I can't find in accordance with which criterion traffic is classified in differents flows?
This classification seems to be made without intervention of user, is it the case?
And what happen when the number of flow created is above the number of queue?

Hi,
WFQ uses an hashing algorithm for src/dst adr and port. Since it's an hashing, when number of flows exceed configured queues, the flow will share the queue with other flows.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Thank, for your response.
So user can't configure parameters to change the criterion of classification?
Paquets will belong to the same queue only if they are the same source address, the same destination address, the same source port AND the same destination PORT?

No you can't change parameters. Actually WFQ also uses IP priority in the header. See this (old) document:
Thanks for the nice rating and good luck!
