Valid subnet?

Can I confirm 192.168.0.0/24 is a valid subnet?

Would this cause a problems with inspecting traffic for a VPN from 192.168.100.0 -> 192.168.0.0 0.0.0.255 and 192.168.200.0 0.0.0.255 over two seperate tunnels?

Thanks
