VIP6-80 crash

I am yet to get the crashinfo files from customer to troublehoot this VIP6-80 crash in slot 4. But I have the SHOW TECH and SHOW LOG attached. I have checked the Bug Tool Kit and there are some S/W defects that can cause this, but most of the results point to a faulty H/W. Based on the attached files and without the crashinfo files, I think this is a faulty VIP6-80 in slot 4.

Soes anyone else have any other suggestion?

Hi,

For VIP related issues I suggest you get in touch with the TAC before asserting the nature of failures, as it is a sophisticated combination of HW and SW. The Escalation team in SJ should be able to assist you.
