Re: Virtual-Access1

Hello,

the virtual-access interface is a dynamically, on-demand created interface, usually in conjunction with virtual-templates or RADIUS/TACACS authentication servers. When the interface is no longer needed, that is, when the data connection is torn down, the virtual-access interface is torn down as well.

Have a look at the following document:

Virtual Access PPP Features in Cisco IOS

http://www-europe.cisco.com/warp/public/131/4.html#overview

Does that answer your question ?

Regards,

GP
