VLAN's on Cisco Router 857

Is is possible to create VLAN's on a Cisco Router 857.

Yes as long as you are using ONLY VLAN 1.  850 will support only ONE (1) VLAN.

It means there is no way to add vlans more than 1 on this router

With the current 12.4 IOS, the answer is NO.

However, try downloading the 12.3 IOS and see.  I don't have an 850 here with me to test.
