VPN between Cisco and Multitech

I am trying to get a hardware VPN up between a Cisco 2650XM and a Multitech 820 router. Is this something that would be possible using IPSec and 3DES or AES-128? I'm new to the Cisco VPNs and if this is possible how would I go about programming the router? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have upgraded my IOS to c2600-jk9s-mz.123-17c.bin. I have 128MB RAM and 48MB Flash. Thank you

It should be possible to do so. You can either study ipsec documentation and potentially loose a lot of time, or give the job to a reputable professional.
