Vpn Issue

Hi

I am facing some issue in VPN , All the paremeter is configure properly , Tunnel is established , unable to communicate local lan to the remote peer local Lan , In Isakmp , Status is MM_Active in both peer , in IPSec Phase , encryped packets increased but decrypted packets is 0

Kindly Help

Then the remote end is not encrypting, check remote end settings.

Hi Shanawas Khan, I think you couldn't pass IKE phase in order to built tunnel. Please check the ISAKMP policy in both side (by using "show crypto isakmp policy" command) and make sure preshared keys are the same if you use preshared key authentication. If everything is ok, you should see QM_IDLE in "show crypto isakmp sa" output.

If you need help about configuration please send the config file, so we can clear it.

I think it is issue with your NAT or access-list.

send full config of both ends ( with dummy IP / remove password) then we can figure it out easily.

Also Do trace route from both end machines, if routing is properly reaching VPN devices.

Also both public IP and Private IP need to be routed over external interfraces
