Generally you wont have VRF configs in P-Router yes off course you will have VRF's in PE routers configured for different customers which is unique to them.
P- Routers actually have the Labels to reach the respective PE routers ...
If you have proposal don't hesitate, i want test a simple configuration to understant vrf well.
