VSS issue with 6148 line card

Hello Guys,

When i m configuring VSS on 6500 chassis my line cards (WS-X6148A-GE-TX ) getting disabled.

Please do let me know whether it doesnt support with VSS feature

Hello Harish,

VSS supports only 67xx series linecard what you see is expected

Are u trying to create a VSL port-channel?

Could be wrong but i think  Virtual switch link capable interfaces are only possible on WS-X6708-10G-3C/XL and ws-x6716-10G-3CXL

Giuseppe is correct, it makes no difference if you are simply using as a linecard. Have a look at the VSS Q&A - Table 1 which list the hardware supported for VSS -
