WAE 515 Disk00 failure Error

I have a problem with a WAE 512. I think is a physical failure.

I don't know if I can some troubleshooting and may be i can solve the problem.

WAE512#show disks details

Disk drive not supported. (type 7 host 0 chan 0 id 1 lun 0)

Unsupported disk hardware.

Physical disk information:

disk00: Not used (*)

(*) Disk drive won't be used until replaced.

Hi,

i too suspect u need to put an RMA for the same. coz the disk is not detected properly. if you can try entering the BIOS and check whether it is getting detected.
