what are the possible WAN connection termination on Pix firewall 515E outside interface.

ethernet, fast ethernet or gigabit ethernet are all possible terminations for the PIX towards the WAN.

The outside interface of the PIX will only terminate ethernet at 10Mbps,100Mbps, and 1000Mbps depending on how the particular device is equipped. If you need to connect the PIX to a "wan" meaning a t1 or something you have to do it indirectly with a router in front of it.
