It depends on whether you are going to use it back-to-back (crossover) or connecting to TELCO (straight), here is an URL where you can find the pinouts:

I can see that there are different types of cables:

RJ48-BNC

RJ48-RJ48

RJ48-twin-ax

RJ48-DB-15

How can I be sure which one is the right one for me?

Hi Juan,

It would be an RJ-48 straight cable RJ48-RJ48 when connecting to Smart Jack or crossover when back to back.
