I agree, the question is vague. But I think the answer would be C. How a router becomes an ABR is by specifying network commands falling in different areas.

Hello,

I agree with Sankar, answer C must be the right one. B and D are invalid, and the ´area stub´ command does not necessarily define an ABR, since it has to be configured on all routers in a stub area, not only the ABR...
