Dear All ,
I would like to know the basic steps of setting up 3 ISPs on one Router.

I would say that these are the basic steps for setting up 3 ISP on a single router.
- decide which interface will be for which ISP.
- obtain IP addressing information from each ISP.
- configure appropriate IP address and subnet mask on each of the ISP interfaces.
- configure address translation for each of the 3 ISP interfaces.
- determine what approach you will use for routing. Will it be static routes or some dynamic routing protocol, or some mix of these.
- implement the appropriate routing solution for each of the ISP.

It would be easier to give an answer that was good if we knew more about your environment. But since we do not I will answer the question in this way - you could use portchanneling if the router on which you are doing this configuration supports port channels (some of the Cisco routers do and many do not) and if the device to which it will connect also supports port channels.
