I am still not able to tell the difference between track line protocol and track ip routing after looked cisco document, can someone show me the difference?

line-protocol
Tracks whether the interface is up.
ip routing
Tracks whether IP routing is enabled, an IP address is configured on the interface, and the interface state is up, before reporting to GLBP that the interface is up.
