hi myukh,
type 7 lsa is used when the area type in ospf NSSA.
this is used in in an area one if the router is ASBR. so in this case it send type 7 lsa. which is converted into type 5 lsa by ABR.

Type 7 LSA is used for Not so stubby area(NSSA) in OSPF,Type 7 LSA allow injection of external routes through NSSA.
