What model Switch do I need?

I have 2 x 3750G-24TS and 1 x 3750G-12S-S back planed together.

We are going to become a node for our WAN with a 10Gig fibre connection coming in and 1Gig fibre connections going out to other sites.

Is there a switch that has 10Gig fibre uplink(s) and 6 to 10 x 1Gig fibre links (SFPs)?

What equipment do you recomend we need to become a node?

Do you want to upgrade you existing stack, or replace it? How important are WAN features?

For you existing stack, you can add a 3750-E to provide the 10 gig (up to two). For the extra fiber gig ports, you might have enough with the sfp ports on the other 3750s (don't forget the unused 10 gig port also offers the TwinGig converter), or add another 3750G-12S to the stack.

Satish's mention of the 4900M might be suitable as a replacement. Not only does it offer (lots) 10 gig, but it too supports the TwinGig converter (I believe).

All the prior though, are really LAN oriented devices (which is why there's also the Metro Ethernet switches - don't believe any meet your port requirements). You might also want to consider a small chassis 6500/7600.
