Which router Seril Cards for Bandwidth Upgrade from 128 to 256 Kbps

We need to upgrade our Mumbai ? Chennai - Leased Line Link from 128 Kbps to 256 Kbps.

Routers [Serial Cards] at Both ends

1) Mumbai End : CISCO 3661 [8 Port Async / Sync Serial Module]

2) Chennai End : CISCO 3640 [8 Port Async / Sync Serial Module]

Routers at both ends

Mumbai end : CISCO 3661

3660 Chassis type: ENTERPRISE

1 FastEthernet/IEEE 802.3 interface(s)

2 Serial network interface(s)

12 Low-speed serial(sync/async) network interface(s)

8 ISDN Basic Rate interface(s)

DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity disabled.

125K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.

24576K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)

-------------------------------

Router at Chennai end : CISCO 3640

1 Ethernet/IEEE 802.3 interface(s)

8 Low-speed serial(sync/async) network interface(s)

4 ISDN Basic Rate interface(s)

DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity disabled.

125K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.

16384K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)

I believe this above 8 Port Async / Sync Serial Module support only speeds upto 128 Kbps. ? is it true.

If yes then would appreciate if you could ASSIST us for which Router Serial Cards are required at Both routers for supporting 256 Kbps leased Line.
