Why can't I create rows under CISCO-IPSEC-PROVISIONING-MIB::cipsIpsecXformSetTable?
On several ISR G1s and G2s running IOS 12.4 through 15.4 I can't seem to create rows under the SNMP table CISCO-IPSEC-PROVISIONING-MIB::cipsIpsecXformSetTable. No matter what combination of indexes and columns I set in addition to cipsXformSetStatus, the SNMP agent always returns noCreation errors.
Why this should work:
This seems to contradict the MIB, which says that this table is read-create.
The MIB is listed as supported for my IOS images in SNMP object navigator.
Steps to reproduce:
snmpset $host cipsXformSetStatus.1 i createAndWait
Reason: noCreation (That table does not support row creation or that object can not ever be created)
With SNMP debug on:
process_mgmt_req_int: UDP packet being de-queued SrDoSnmp: received set pdu CheckMIBView: OID is in MIB view. FindObjectClassCore: findObject failed do_sets: can't find object make_error_pdu: Variable does not exist, and the agent cannot create it.

This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
