why my cisco3640 does not recognise NM-2CE1T1-PRI E1 card?

Hi everibody

I installed a E1/T1/ISDN-PRI network module (2 port channelized)in my cisco3640 router, with c3640-i-mz.122-5a.bin (upgraded from c3640-i-mz.122-3a.bin) image, but this does not appear when show run or show ver.what's wrong and what can i do?
