I have a customer with a 2651XM running a WIC-1ADSL.
The module is a few years old and has no actual problems, their internet service provide used to provide a 3MB service, and recently upgraded to 5mb service.
Speed test's through the WIC show speed about 2300/650 and if we use the SPEEDSTREAM modem provided by the carrier to the FE0/1 and use that instead (pppoe still in the router) we get about 4200/650
Carrier claims it's a "inside" problem, and I would tend to beleive them.
Is there a performance limit to this wic? Could I upgrade the firmware in the wic in some way to repair the issue?
